My Mission Statement: "My aim is to provide superior English language and Mathematics solutions and services to the business and academic communities worldwide."
My company works with employees and managers at all levels of business to improve any and all facets of Business Communication.

Allowing me to be your "coach", I provide instruction on ways of utilising the English language to suit the specific situation. Frequently, clients seek improvement in some of these areas:- email writing, verbal communication with clients, phone etiquette and technique, being an active participant in meetings and conferences, and communicating efficiently in the workplace. If you're a trainer, I work with improving your expression and listening skills, and discover useful phrases which empower and inspire your trainees.
My company's aim is to work closely with individual staff, to redefine their experience of the workplace, by giving them the confidence to express themselves fully and freely in any business context. This leads to a more productive employee, one who is able to manage new leads, gain immediate rapport with new and existing clients and communicate effectively with their peers.
This benefits not only the employee in terms of greater self-esteem and personal motivation, but also the company, who is the recipient of these benefits in terms of greater workplace satisfaction, a more committed and engaged staff, and a higher level productivity.
I work with both under-graduates, Masters and PhD level students, improving the readability and structure of your academic work.

The proofreading process involves proofing the entire document for spelling, grammatical and punctuation errors. I ensure that citations are expressed accurately, and are appropriately referenced. All formatting issues are addressed, adhering to the assigned referencing guide, such as APA, Harvard and AGLC.
What is the difference between proofreading and structural editing ?
Proofreading is the final check of a work prior to submission or publication. It includes making sure that all elements of the document are included (such as citations and Reference List) and in the proper order, formatting is set appropriate to the desired referencing guidelines, and all spelling, grammar and punctuation errors have been corrected.
Editing, or Structural Editing to be precise, involves checking the layout, content, and tone. The editor's job is to ensure a logical flow of arguments, presented in a tone suitable to academic writing. This can and does involve frequent consultation with the author of the work.
I work personally with you to get the BAND SCORE you need. Whether it's for University entrance, Permananent Visa applications or Work Permits, I'm here to help.

I personally tailor the classes to your desired areas of improvement. Commonly I am asked to help improve a person's writing skills, as this is a difficult area to master. Consider the number of topics you could be asked to discuss and the amount of vocabulary and idioms expands exponentially ! . Speaking and pronunciation, including fluency and coherence, are also common areas I assist with.
Groups may be as small as two people, up to ten per class. I perform a level test to first determine the group's skill and ability in each of the four testing criteria: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. Please email your group's details and specific needs.
Primary school tutoring in Mathematics is all about making sure children understand the basics well – from adding and subtracting, to fractions and pre-algebra. I focus on fun and interactive strategies, to keep the child engaged and inspired. My aim is to improve their confidence, at the same time building a solid foundation to eventually succeed at High School level.

Secondary Maths (Years 7 to 10) tuition builds on the fundamental concepts taught at Primary level, but expands to include cartesian plane geometry, algebra, probability, and developing proofs. Programs are designed to engage and encourage the student, furnishing them with the necessary problem-solving skills. Students are taught to think "outside the box", using their own strengths and interests to make Math work for them, not against them.
HSC General 1 & 2 tuition programs are Exam driven, meaning I base my entire learning around achieving the highest marks possible. Naturally, this is a two-step strategy. Firstly, I need to embed the fundamental concepts successfully. This is achieved through various exercises, discussions and modelled examples. The second step involves making this knowledge work for the student in the context of a "live" HSC exam ! Strategies and tips are explained and discussed, which best suit the learner's temperament and knowledge. A common-sense approach is adopted, equippng the student with a personalised strategy and belief to succeed.
